We provide advertising and media services including but not limited to hoardings and outdoor advertising, digital billboards and LED screens, signages and 3D/LED letters, hoarding dismantling, transit and vehicle advertising, branding and printing, corporate gifting, and corporate or sports event management. Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in proposals, quotations, or written agreements.

2. Use of Website

  • You must not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the website or its content.
  • All content is provided for general information purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Delays caused due to late feedback or incomplete information are not our responsibility.

5. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
  • Advance payments may be required before project commencement.
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if any, are subject to service stage, costs incurred, and management approval.

7. Event Management Disclaimer

For event-related services, we act as coordinators and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

8. Third-Party Services

We may engage third-party vendors, platforms, or tools (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms, payment gateways). We are not liable for failures or issues caused by such third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Rabtora Madhyam Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Confidentiality

Any confidential or proprietary information shared during projects will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery unless legally required otherwise.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms & Conditions are violated, payments are overdue, or unlawful activity is suspected.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Rabtora Madhyam Management, including appointment reminders, account notifications, and other informational messages related to our services.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to receive messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at info@rabtora.ae.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
  • Carriers (including supported wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
